New Orleans power trio Zebra built their following the hard way, years of relentless touring through the South before Atlantic Records came calling in 1983. Their self-titled debut arrived loaded with the kind of melodic hard rock and prog-tinged arrangements that rewarded repeated listens, earning them a devoted cult that's never really let go.
