Marcus Brown's project Nourished by Time has been quietly building one of the more distinctive voices in contemporary indie rock, blending DIY bedroom intimacy with a genuine ear for melody that feels rooted in classic songwriting tradition. This 2025 follow-up to his breakout debut lands on XL Recordings, a label with a long history of betting on singular artists before the rest of the world catches up.
