The piano-guitar-drums trio format has a long and storied history in jazz, and Larry Goldings, Peter Bernstein, and Bill Stewart have been refining their chemistry together for decades, making them one of the most quietly essential working units in modern mainstream jazz. Goldings brings a deep roots sensibility shaped by years alongside James Taylor and John Scofield, while Bernstein and Stewart represent the gold standard of the contemporary New York scene.
