Formed from the ashes of Faith No More, Roddy Bottum's Imperial Teen carved out a gleefully off-kilter corner of late-90s indie rock that never quite fit any tidy category. *All Over You*, the band's 1996 debut, announced a group built on sugar-coated harmonies, wry wit, and hooks sharp enough to stick around for decades. For fans who like their pop with a sideways glance, this is where the story starts.
