Recorded at Michigan Palace in Detroit on October 6, 1973 and February 9, 1974, Metallic K.O. captures the Stooges at their most combustible, playing their final shows to a crowd that was actively throwing beer bottles at the stage. Iggy dared them to keep throwing. The result is one of rock and roll's most visceral documents, a live record that makes you feel the chaos of an era ending in real time.
Limited blue colored vinyl LP pressing.
