Brian Eno's fingerprints on ambient music stretch back nearly five decades, from the hospital-bed revelation that sparked *Discreet Music* to the sprawling textural architecture of the *Ambient* series. Beatie Wolfe brings her own restless experimentalism to the pairing, having built a reputation for pushing the boundaries of how music is presented and experienced. Together, they find something genuinely unhurried here.
Collaborative album from Brian Eno and Beatie Wolfe. Lateral sounds more like the familiar. But better. Lateral is Ambient-Landscape-Space-Music. Single LP pressed on eco-friendly black biovinyl OR Softpak CD with art card.
