The Nude Party is a seven-piece rock band that emerged from Appalachian State University in 2012, bringing together Austin Brose, Alec Castillo, Shaun Couture, Patton Magee, Don Merrill, Conor Mikita, and Jon "Catfish" Delorme from their North Carolina roots. The group's larger ensemble sound distinguishes them in the modern rock landscape, creating a rich, textured approach to contemporary Americana and indie rock.
Since their formation, The Nude Party has steadily built their discography with the release of Hot Tub EP in 2016, followed by their self-titled debut album The Nude Party in 2018. The band continued to expand their sonic palette with the 2020 release Midnight Manor, demonstrating their growth as songwriters and musicians. Most recently, they delivered Rides On in 2023, further solidifying their position as a dynamic force in contemporary rock music.
