I don't have reliable information about an artist or project called "Rob Crow's Gloomy Place" in my training data. Rob Crow is known for his work with bands like Pinback and Three Mile Pilot, but I cannot confirm details about a specific project with this name or create an accurate biography without verified information.
If you could provide additional context about this artist or project, I'd be happy to help write a biography, or you might want to check the artist's official website or music platforms for accurate biographical information to use.
