I don't have reliable information about a music artist specifically known as "Marathon" in my training data. To write an accurate biography, I would need more context about which artist you're referring to—there may be multiple performers using this name across different genres and eras. Could you provide additional details such as their genre, era, or real name so I can help you create an appropriate bio?
