I don't have reliable information about an artist or band by the name "James Ray's Gangwar" in my training data. To provide an accurate biography for your merchandise store, I'd recommend checking music databases like Discogs, AllMusic, or Spotify, or providing me with additional context about this artist's genre, era, or notable works.
