Heldon was a French progressive rock and electronic music band formed in the 1974 by keyboardist François Breut, known for blending synthesizers with rock instrumentation to create avant-garde soundscapes. The group became influential figures in the krautrock and experimental music scenes of the 1970s and 1980s, releasing numerous albums that pushed the boundaries of electronic music composition. Though the band dissolved and reformed multiple times throughout their career, Heldon's innovative approach to synthesizer-driven rock continues to inspire musicians across progressive and electronic genres.
