I don't have any reliable information about a music artist or group by the name "Hands of Orlac & Wandering Midget" in my knowledge base. To write an accurate biography for a merchandise store, I would need verified information about this artist's background, musical style, and career highlights. I'd recommend providing me with some details about this artist, or checking if there's an alternative name or spelling I should be using.
