I don't have reliable information about a music artist called "Great Cynics" in my training data. To provide you with an accurate biography suitable for your merchandise store, I'd recommend checking music databases like Spotify, Bandcamp, AllMusic, or the artist's official website for verified information about their background, style, and achievements.
