I don't have reliable information about a music artist named "Cryptae" in my training data. To write an accurate biography for your merchandise store, I'd recommend:
1. Checking their official website or social media
2. Reviewing their music streaming profiles
3. Looking at their press kit if available
This will help ensure the biography is authentic and accurate for your customers.
