Carly Pearce

Carly Pearce is an American country music singer and songwriter whose artistry blends traditional and contemporary country-pop sensibilities. Born Carly Cristyne Slusser on April 24, 1990, Pearce began her musical journey performing professionally in her teens, appearing on several bluegrass albums throughout the 2000s. After establishing herself in Nashville, Tennessee, she steadily built her reputation before achieving breakthrough success that would establish her as a major force in modern country music.
Pearce's major-label breakthrough arrived in 2017 with her self-penned single "Every Little Thing," which gained traction on satellite radio and climbed to number one on the Billboard country chart. The track's success secured her a major recording contract and led to the release of her debut album Every Little Thing, which debuted in the top five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Since then, Pearce has continued to evolve her sound and expand her catalog, releasing new material including the 2020 single "Next Girl" and her third studio album 29: Written in Stone in September 2021.
Pearce's achievements have earned her significant recognition within the country music establishment. A Grand Ole Opry member since 2021, she has won three Country Music Association Awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, one CMT Music Award, and one Grammy Award — accolades that underscore her status as one of the genre's most talented contemporary voices.
