I don't have reliable information about a music artist named "Brooke Waggoner" in my training data. To provide an accurate biography for your merchandise store, I'd recommend checking verified sources like the artist's official website, social media profiles, or music platforms like Spotify or Bandcamp. This will ensure you have correct and current information for your store.
