I don't have reliable information about a music artist known primarily as "Boeckner" in my training data. This could refer to several musicians, most notably Dan Boeckner (formerly of Wolf Parade and Handsome Furs), but without confirmation of which artist you're referring to, I don't want to provide inaccurate biographical information for a merchandise store.
Could you provide more context, such as the artist's genre, location, or full name?
