I don't have any reliable information about a music artist named "Ash & Coal" in my training data. To write an accurate biography for your merchandise store, I'd recommend:
1. Checking their official website or social media profiles
2. Reviewing their press kit or EPK (Electronic Press Kit)
3. Asking them directly for an approved bio
This ensures the biography is accurate and approved by the artist themselves.
